Selected products can be added to your cart. The rest of our catalogue remains available by enquiry. We collect supplier-sourced products from the Flower Systems warehouse and arrange onward delivery from ONZKO to your nominated New Zealand address.
Free freight for qualifying orders
Free freight applies to orders containing only eligible flowers and unpotted stemmed greenery when their product total is over NZ$750 excluding GST, after discounts. An order totalling exactly NZ$750 does not qualify. Checkout identifies qualifying products and applies free freight automatically.
This offer excludes décor, Christmas decorations, pots, planters, potted plants, trees, hanging arrangements and foliage panels. Mixed orders require a delivery quote; a qualifying flower or greenery component does not make the entire mixed order freight-free.
All other orders: delivery quoted before payment
Freight depends on the packed size, weight and delivery address. Rural, bulky or fragile deliveries are assessed as part of the quote.
- Add your selected products to the cart and enter your delivery address at checkout.
- Choose Submit order for confirmation. No payment is collected at this stage. Pending freight is not included in the displayed provisional total and does not mean free delivery.
- ONZKO confirms product availability and the delivery charge, then provides the final total and payment instructions.
- Review the confirmed total before paying. We arrange dispatch after payment and collection of the products.
Qualifying free-freight orders may be paid at checkout when an online payment method is available and no availability review is required. If payment or availability needs confirmation, checkout offers an order request instead.
Availability, collection and delivery timing
“Available to order” means that we source the item for your order; it does not mean it is held at the ONZKO office or ready for immediate dispatch. Any estimated arrival note on a product page is subject to supplier confirmation. Orders containing these items are reviewed before payment.
We confirm the expected collection and dispatch timing with your order. Courier transit starts after dispatch and is separate from supplier collection time. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. For urgent orders, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery addresses and assistance
Please provide a complete New Zealand delivery address and any access instructions. Contact ONZKO promptly if your address changes or your parcel arrives damaged, so we can assist. International delivery is available by enquiry only and cannot be booked through this checkout.
Product prices are in New Zealand dollars and are entered excluding GST. Applicable GST and any confirmed delivery charge are shown with the order total. This delivery policy does not limit your rights under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
